Sometimes they'll jump out of the tank id there isn't a cover. Check your filter, and on the floor around where the tank sits.

If the tank is covered well, you might neet to look all around in the tank - including up under the filter (where the water comes out) and behind the plastic rim around the top of the tank.

When any fish is move to a new home, its first instinct is to hide in case there might be predators that will eat it.

do they have a lot of hiding spaces? they could very well been sucked into the filter or they could have died and got eaten by the pleco or loaches. Search the filter and the all the hiding spots and see if they turn up.

they might have jumped out of the top. is your water line high?
check behind the aquarium, and surrounding furniture within a close proximity. i bet they jumped out.

they either got caught in the filters or heaters, or they leaped out.
