If you were a landlord (a crappy one) and you had a tenant move out that left the house a little bit messy....How pissed would you be???

If I were a good landlord I would be super pissed off, but if I were a crappy one then I may just past it onto the next tenant.

I think they're pretty much used to it. My brother used to manage an apartment complex, and people would always leave a mess. That's why everybody has to pay a deposit.

it comes with the territory of being a landlord. you can always take them to small claims court for the clean-up!!
i wouldn't be pissed; i would just get my money back!!

That's why most landlords make you pay an overinflated deposit when you move in! They are sneaky creatures.
