Da suckees haven't played a good team since the all star break. I can't remember the last time they played a good team. Now they play hard teams for the rest of the month and then they will choke. The Mariners will win the Card and Angels take west Sox east injuis or tigs center. Rockies will win the werld series.

I say da M's win the wild card at the end of the season. Don't like Red Sox, Rockies are my boys. Rockies beat Angels in werld siereis. Suckees have play no good team since da Angels before brek. Now they play Injuins den Tigers, O's Tigers and Red Sox. That hard, they will not win.

Lemme guess. You're not asking that question to see if people think they will make the playoff. You just hope they don't and are looking for the most definitive way someone will say that they wont so you can give them the best answer...just watch which answer you will pick

The Rockies might win the World Series before you learn how to spell, and every team may win at least one World Series before you come to your senses. The Yankees will win the AL East, the Red Sox will miss the Playoffs, and there will be a 27th World Championship in The Bronx. And then you and all the other Yankee haters will have cartonfulls of egg on your sorry faces!

Man...I am so tired of people saying (as one poster said) every team plays the same schedule...that is not true...the Red Sox and Yankees do not have the same schedule...I am not complaining about this but if you are going to state something then insult someone make sure that what you are stating is in fact the truth. As to the question, no, I don't think the Yankees will make the playoffs. They have a really difficult schedule coming up and I don't think they will be in a playoff race at the end of the month.

OK, this headline might help you:
"Yankees Close Within a Half-Game in the AL Wild Card Race As Slumping Tigers Get Swept"
and they are called the Yankees.
the "werld" series? get a clue, or atleast a spell checker.
and you have got to be kidding yourself with the Rockies
UPDATE: they are in a VIRTUAL TIE with the Tigers!

According to M.L.B.com the Yankees are .0 games back of the Tigers for the lead of the wild card.
You oviously know nothing about baseball if you think the Rockies are going to win the world series. Let alone make the playoffs.
Get a life.

I honestly don't just because they have beat up on bad teams. Their schedule will get tougher coming up soon. People were talking about them playing sub-.500 teams coming out of the gate after the All-Star break. They are beating these teams as they should but I don't think it will be enough to propel them into the playoffs.

Hey "Duncan" -
Everyone does not play the same schedule. They play very different schedules in the NL and AL - and I don't recall the Twins playing the Cubs for 6 like the Sox did.

I don't think they will make the playoffs but I've been wrong before. They have a tough part of the season coming up. f they hold on through that they are for real. If they don't they were just lucky.
