O.K. I am going to factor in that she is a 19 year old female.
So every shower takes 2 towels. 1 for her hair and the other for her body. Then I am going to guess that you were doing your weekly cleaning when you went in to her room to put clean clothes on her bed and saw the towels everywhere. So that number would be 7.
So my official guess would be 14 towels. That is of course if you don't have a pool. A pool could change my answer drastically.
