Sure I do. If I like something they are wearing or if they have their hair done in a really nice different way I complement them.

Always! I notice a nice haircut or a new hairdo. If clothes look appropriate on the person I will compliment them on their clothes. If their skin glows, I compliment them on that. If they lost weight, I will ask them how and compliment them.
