Your heart would have a hard time pumping blood up your legs. During the day, that is gravity assist. Even people who have to be in bed for long periods suffer circulation problems to their legs and feet.
So, sleeping upside down would not be a good option.
The only mammals I know that sleep upside down are bats (they are all small, so not much heart effort there) and sloths (that have very slow metabolisms anyway).
Don't try it. People who suffer circulation problems to their feet sometimes have to have them amputated.

What would be the purpose in reversing gravity, besides making all your blood rush to your head? Ageing is not due solely to gravity; only a couple of its more obvious problems are.

Because it would be vey uncomfortable and you cannot reverse gravity or stop the passsage of time,so everything ages inexorably.
