I presume that you stopped sending her money when she left you.
Any money you sent her is, most likely, gone. Unless there was some sort of contract where she was supposed to do something in exchange for the money, it's a gift and you can't collect it.
As for the baby. She can TRY to come after you, but a paternity test will show it doesn't belong to you. Unless you're married to this woman (I hope not!), you will have no legal or financial liability.
All of this is based on the US. Egypt may have certain laws that you, as a citizen, may be required to follow.

You need to start valuing yourself more; then you will be treated better. Get pissed if you must but don't call another man; you'll just feel cheaper and dirtier tomorrow. When you are sober, dump the married men (unless you want to feel like this every birthday for the rest of your life) and start again as a single woman. There are single men out there but you won't find them whilst you keep behaving like a modern-day courtesan. And ignore the cheap jibes from the youngsters who have something to say about everything and experience of nothing; you CAN and you WILL make your own life better. Just not tonight.

First question, why are you paying her money if she left you and is having another man's child? If you knew all of this beforehand, then no you can't get your money back it will be considered a gift or perhaps martial support payments.
In terms of paying child support, if you know its not your child, then all you need to do, if your wife attempts to get child support from you, is petition the court for a determination of paternity. If you do not do this and she lists you as the father on the birth certificate, you will be deemed the father and responsible for payments.
One last thing, for pete's sake get a divorce before you finish medical school and get a high paying job.

OK, there's a few questions going on here ....
She can't sue you for child support if the child isn't yours.
There really isn't anything you can do to punish her, just get over it. Sorry you got dumped, but in America you can't sue someone for dumping you, or even divorcing you. Seems to me like you didn't have a super-rock-solid relationship in the first place if you're overseas for years at a time. Plus, the courts won't care about the pain and suffering.
The baby also will not carry your name unless she lists you as the father on the birth certificate, which I'm pretty sure she won't do if she's living with her new baby's daddy.
As far as the money, you can file a lawsuit for the money but you would have to prove that she was acting fraudulently. Your best bet is to hire a lawyer in South Carolina to handle it for you.
~ Oh and by the way; if you're the one in Egypt, who abandoned whom?

You would have to file for a divorce in the county in which she lives, and contract an attorney that can ensure that there is no prejudice against you since you are a foreign citizen. Introduce the financial support as a part of your divorce suit, there is little she can do if you can prove she committed adultery, our courts find that to be a substantial contribution to the breakdown of a marriage. Actually getting the money back from her, even if ordered by the court, is another matter.

She will most likely not give the baby her own (your) name. Generally if a child is born to an unmarried couple in the US, the child gets the man's name. (Of course there are exceptions.) If she tried to say the child was yours, a simple parternity test would resolve the issue.
Your money is probably gone. Paying the bills when you're married is just that...it wasn't a loan you were expecting back.
Move on and good luck!

I'd get a divorce. Even though you are not the father of the due child, it will be your name that goes on the birth certificate if you are married. I am sure she would love to get you to pay child support!
Why are you sending her money? If she ran off with another man she would get squat from me! I would not mind paying for a child, but not her bills!

Demand a paternity test.
File for divorce.
Then the kid has no chance of having your name. Paternity test will rule out child support.
Sue in civil court for the rest, dont bother with it as part of the divorce unless you can get her to agree to it.
You can hire an attorney in SC and have him deal with virtually everything if you want.

you left out several things that are important.
are you a US citizen?where were you married?
if you are not a citizen of US then i would just take my lumps and go on.
for either of you to do much between countries is not worth your trouble unless there is a whole bunch of money involved, and only you can decide that.
as far as the baby is concerned that is another problem if you remain in egypt.what name it carries will depend on who she names as father.
if you.she want to get more money.
it's a tangled mess.try to get an attorny in S.carolina to advise you.

if she tries to sue you for child support demand a DNA test, it's within your rights to know for sure who's kid it is before you pay for anything. as for sueing her in another country, i don't know if that can be done, and if so it will probably cost you alot fo money.. you may just want to file the divorce and be done and never speak with her again
