If you are asking what is the best way to have your MIL live with you in your house, I would set ground rules before she moved in: she is not to interfere with the running of the household, she should have her own space (apartment, if possible), so you don't have to interact every second, and you each have areas that are private and inviolate.
She should also help out either financially (paying for her food or rent), or help with babysitting, unless she is too infirm to do this.
However, it's to be avoided if at all possible.

your mother in law living with you have good thing and bad thing. to begging with don't know what the problem is and why she would live with you, but if she is old and can't take care of herself that brings in extra responsibility for everyone in your family. if she just need a place to stay it would be nice to be able to see a new face everyday, but after everyone gets comfortable there will be issues that will arise with everyone. so i would just think about it long and hard.

I suspect you meant 'live' instead of 'leave' with you at your house.
You are not giving me much to go on, however, I will answer as best I can with the info you've given me. If you get along with your mother-in-law, then why not? But you are better equipped to answer that question. I'd asked myself, do I want to?

Why would you leave your own house?
Yeah, I know what you meant. Now the best way to bring her...I'd say by car....yeah, you probably didn't get it, either.
Oh geez, if you get along, and she needs a home, why not?
