Absolutely! If you aren't comfortable and happy with your environment then you should certainly consider relocating if you have the means to do so!
Why be miserable if you have an alternative? Just make sure you REALLY check out all the climate data for the area you are thinking about moving too! Historical weather data on any area can be found on the internet - start with www.weather.com!

maybe... a few years ago here in CT it snowed in April. And this year the weather didn't get warmer until June.
