How to get rid of internet addiction?

Hello im a student of high school .wud like to share that i'm a genious at all subjects . But have lately developed a very bad habit of internet addiction.I love searching pics of various things(flowers,babies actors ,actressesetc.),,I like orkutting,and I like watching **** as well(most horrible of all), I even chat. to be very precise wid all dis is ruining my studies and my aim of acheiving very high marks in boards is getting shattered.Please tell me proper ways to get out of all dis and concentrate on just one thing that is my "STUDIES.'

My dear friend, Internet addiction is not very bad , but it depends on how u use it , but if u realy love internet ( me too, i spend about 6 hours ) why dont u go into science websites since u are student it will realy help u , like livescience.com, nature.com, wikipedia.org, look out of science forums where u can ask people questions related to just science, like yahoo answers ,

Wokay aprt from the above suggestion , if u want an answer to get rid of internet addiction the only way is to make new friends, spend time in sports. please concentrate on ur studies also, never give up.

OK its a bad habit. I had one too. Cracking my toes. So just go 21 days without the Internet, unless its life or death. Go on it for studying and searching school related things. If you stay out of bad things for 21 days you will forget about it. Trust me. And if that doesn't work block the bad sites.

why dont you make a schedule
that you will surf the internet from one time to another
then right after that you will study
and if your parents dont want you
to chat
before chatting always remember that you will get in big trouble if they find out
and remember that if you dont study then you wont do good on your board exam
tell your self that if you dont study and waste your time on the internet then it wont be good
well you allready are smart and if you just focus a little more on your studies then you will do great!!!!
