I have been deemed disabled by the State of Az, But they keep adding new q? or changing things around on what I said etc and are stalling in giving me any money for 5 yrs now,
Any laws on how long they can keep open your case ? What court can I sue them in ? Any Lawyers out there to take my case for a commission? I have a lawyer now, they are NOT working on my side, Whats up with these guys, When I call they dont even remember my name, I have been with them for 5 yrs now, I have to have another surgery soon ,but I can;t becuase I dont have any money to live on , let alone the fact I can not work at all, Please if anyone knows anything about S.S.I. in Arizona or else where, post a answer Thank You Very Much, In much need, Rose

SSI is a federal program, so what the state does almost doesn't really count. Has your doctor signed off on the federal forms? There are attorneys that claim to take on cases of denied disability benefits. If yours is dragging his feet, get someone else. SS should have given you a reason by now why they haven't accepted you; what was that? What does your doctor say?
