Actually no because all that would do is spread the hate. If someone gace a thumbs down then someone would retaliate it really is a good thing they do not

They should get rid of the feature all together. Let thumbs up but the down only put people in a bad mood and make them suspicious of others. If it were known it would be even worse with "Thumb Vendettas" pretty soon all people would do is thumb down people who had thumbed them down. Scrap the whole idea. They were not part of Y!A when it started they were put in to try to improve the quality of answers but all they do is give trolls one more weapon.

I think that would keep some people from being so trigger happy with the reporting for no reason and idiotic thumbs down, but it would be more weapons for trolls.

Maybe for thumbs up but not for thumbs down. People would probably report the people who gave them thumbs down.

i think they should only have it for thumbs up because for thumbs down people would get grudges and report the person over and over.

I'd like to know who's following me around, putting a "thumbs down" on my answers, even when I try to answer the ques, and I'm not attacking the person......I take it very personally!! lol!
It bugs me that people put a thumbs down on answers they don't like....not bad ones, just diff from their opinion...

It is supposed to be anonymous voting so it can be impartial. There are too many people who would get all personal and return the thumbs down votes.
