Cheek dimples are a permanent part of your physical make-up. I don't even think there is surgery to make them go away. At 13, you're just starting to "grow into yourself"...give nature time to finish creating your adult face, and I'll bet the dimples will work themselves into it perfectly.

I find it hard to believe that your dimples are not cute - the grass is always green on the other side - I've always wanted straight hair but mine is curly - everyone always wants what the cant have.
I bet you dimples are just right on your face - don't try and get rid of them - they make you who you are.

You are blessed to have dimples and don't try to get rid of them.

You can't get rid of them - they are defects in collagen, and they are permanent.
