I've been thinking about my yahoo blog lately and wanted to share something good with everyone. So I decided that I would ask...... Do you think that I should post up workout tips (short video's) for people to veiw?

I plan on doing a short workout video at least a few times a week. You know the hard to reach areas that we've all tried to get in shape? Since I've been working out for nearly 13 years I have a lot of advice to share with everyone. Plus you could view how to execute the workout correctly.

That being said, I'll do the workout clip for the most popular area that everyone asks tips for.

What area would you like workout pointers for?

Sounds like a good idea. My biggest problem is my stomach. And if you have new ways of doing the workout that would help too. I get into a routine for a while and then stop because it gets boring.

Well, I need help. I was 310 and now I have been stuck between 220 & 230 for a while now. I was real happy at first, but now I am depressed again because it doesn't matter how much I lose I will never look good because of sagging. I heard people like me have changed their bodies. Do you have advice for me that might get me restarted again?

Go for it!! Will you have specialized exercises for gender? I heard that men need different workouts than women do, depending on the set of muscles being worked on.

I like to be very fit, but not look all muscled up (keep my femininity in place). I think this is just a vanity thing - gotta keep my sex appeal, you know. :-) bbjo.

The inner and outer thighs, and something for the excess that hangs down from the tricep area. I can never remember what abductions and adductions target as far as the thighs go.

oh thank you Dan, I'm starting to work out and I was thinking to looking for tips on the internet, I would like to tone my abs, thighs, and legs.

awesome idea.. i would (seriously) love some pointers... i want to get in shape... getting started is the hard part for me.. once i start im G2G.. help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i want allover tips.. but lets start with tummy and inner thighs

I think you should do it all.
Share all of your knowledge.
Do one area at a time, and change up
every so often.
I think we all need knowledge in every area.
Go for it!
