The name Christian for a boy or do you think that the baby will be teased when its in school? I work with a lot of gay guys and they keep telling me that the name sounds gay. I happen to love it.
Whats your opinion??

I think Christian is a nice name for a boy. There was a guy at my college who was in my study group named Christian. He went by his full name but he could also go by Chris. I really don't think he'll be teased because though it's not common, it's also not weird. If you like it then who cares what other people think.

No Christian is NOT a gay name! lol. I happen to like it too. Keep in mind that everyone has an opinion and not everyone will like the name you choose. It is YOUR choice so go with what sounds best to you. Congrats!

I think you should name your child whatever makes you happy. I happen to think that is a lovely name. I have a little cousin, who is a boy, named Christian, and he doesn't get teased.

I could see it as being a gay name, but being teased in 4-10 years won't be the same as being teased now.
Something more creative in my opinion.

I like it, and it doesn't sound gay to me. Since when can a name be gay? I can't think of any "gay" names...

I like the name. I've known a few Christian's, but none of them were gay.

it's a great name and plus instead of saying christian you can say chris or something like that. and last time i checked just cause your name may sound weird or gay it doesn't mean you will.

My daughters friend is named Christian. I thought it was a girl. Its more common as a girls name, but I think it great name for a boy or a girl.

Ive never heard of or known a gay guy named chirstian. Its one of my favorite names. Ive known plenty of people by that name.
