Your eyes can not sweat! Either you have allergies or she is crying. I would listen to how she sounded when she was talking and then say that something was wrong if it sounded like she was crying. But otherwise I would say whatev and walk away.

nothing ...just mind your own business
she probably does not want to share

I did that once...i was so upset about something and i kept crying & crying at school and someone asked me why i was crying and I said i had something in my eyes.

Tell them to relax and take a breather, and make sure to stay hydrated, or just lose some weight

Ask her if she needs any help. If you get a negative answer, move on. It all depends on who she is - a friend or a stranger on the street.

Drink some Gatorade, you're gonna dehydrate fast at that rate.

Not believing her, I kindly say, "okay...is there anything I can do for you, anything I can get you?" Then I'd leave her alone if she didn't want my help.
Sometimes we're better off alone, especially if we're crying...

I would tell her that I like "Flight of the Conchords" as well.

"Just cause we been playing tonsil hockey, doesnt mean you can score a goal in my jockey."

depends on the body language, but if this person really seems to want you to believe their little cover up story i would just leave it alone and respect their wishes. she's probably just embaressed or isn't ready to share her feelings. or him.
