It was a waste of time. I want my 3 hours back.

Seriously though I wasn't that impressed. It was just sad seeing such a huge crash take out 1/3 of the already depleted field. Not to mention the empty grandstands and it being on ESPN classic.

That and yesterday lead to yet another PMS outburst by Danica Patrick

Her tirades are getting really old. But yes the race was brutal.

It sure was. Hats off to them for not just calling it and getting the whole race in. It is a true shame this is the last race there for awhile. It has always been a great race.
Weldon is a rough driver and I think he could make it in NASCAR or something with fenders.
I really thought the track was made for Danica's first win. If I'd been in Vegas I would have put money on her yesterday.
Team Green is a good bunch. Pen sky's has no time to relax.
If they could only get cart and Irl to come to terms it would make a world of difference.
I can grantee you NASCAR won't have that exciting race there when they show up this month. You will need the score board to keep track of who is winning because they will be every where but together. Boring

The big wreck at the end was extraordinary. Sad it took so many out of the race. But, this is racing. And then, looked like Danica might pull off her first win, but that low tire ruined that. Yes, I know she likes to throw hissy fits, but I still like watching her compete. Tony's big win, super exciting, since Dixon and Franchitti were both out that allowed Tony to creep a little closer in the points race and narrow that gap. I was highly disappointed in the crowd though. I know it rained but come on. We had a better showing for the road course race at Mid-Ohio. Where are all the INDY FANS?

I wouldn't say brutal. It was very exciting and close up until the big crash. Unfortunate that happened because it could have been a heck of a race. Far from brutal though.

That's what happens when you're in an open wheel car, running at 220mph, 6 inches apart. Actually, I don't think it was anyone's fault. My opinion is it was the air coming off the cars that keep sucking them into each other.

It is far more exciting than any NASCAR race as of the last few years.
