Absolutely NOT.
Gross incompetence. Criminal negligence. Malfeasance and dereliction of duty. Breaking the Oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Hundreds of thousands of lives lost in a war started for NOTHING. TRILLIONS of dollars missing from the Defense budget, NINE trillion dollars in debt immediately following a BUDGET SURPLUS. Boasting about OUTSOURCING JOBS. Over 750 Executive Orders overriding LAWS which were LEGISLATED. More Executive Orders THAN ALL PREVIOUS PRESIDENTS COMBINED. More vacation days than ALL PREVIOUS PRESIDENTS COMBINED AND WE STILL HAVE OVER A YEAR TO GO, TORTURE for God's sake, The Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, defending the executive order of May 9, 2007 effectively DISMANTLING AMERICANS' RIGHTS and hurling us into a totalitarian state.
NOBODY could have done a worse job.
NO ONE.

It’s difficult to imagine that someone could have done a worse job but anything is possible. I think even most other average Americans would have paid more attention and would not have been so determined to invade Iraq. Surrounding himself with PNAC neocons did not serve Bush well. All we can say is that, to date, we have not had a worse president than Bush.

No one has yet done a worse job than Dubya. We've had some real losers but none this bad. January 20, 2009 happy days will be here again.

Sure. I can think of a bunch of people who would have done worse: Al Sharpton, Martha Stewart, Hillary Clinton. Point is, that was an ignorant question.

Yes. John Kerry. You may not agree with much of what GW has done, but at least he has been consistent despite negative criticism. John Kerry is so wishy washy that he would have changed his opinions and actions routinely in an attempt to get a higher approval rating. This would have done nothing but confuse the American people, the Iraqi's and the world.

There is NO logic in this question. How would you or anyone else know whether or not someone else could have done better or worse?

sure, we might have had a president who didnt give us our greatest revenues in history. or one who didnt give us less than five percent unemployment or routine record breaking stock markets or one who wouldnt have lowered taxes for every citizen or one who hadn't reduced the deficit the past three years or one who wouldn't have ended terrorism in the US or one who wouldnt have enforced saddams surrender agreement.
yes, we might have had a good democrat instead of an underachieving republican.
