You have a color problem!!Luckily this is easy to fix.First when you wear your hair up put in a colored head band.Second get jewelry that has like a cross or something on them(once again colorful).Third paint your nails for even more color.find cute earrings that are not dangling. That is as much as I can think of because i personally think the same as u your uniforn is a drag!!

UGH!
Take the skirt up an extra inch or two.
Find shirts with patterned collars, they are out there, try uniform stores, and medical uniform stores.
Try wearing lace on your socks for a little cuteness.
make sure your earrings are shiny, even if they are studs(Diamond and colored stones)
Don't worry about the hair color, just wear it with colorful scrunchies from places like Claire's.
Any you can find the cutest crosses in silver and gold really cheap in the department stores. I go to Kohl's
Sorry , no help for the shoes.
Hope this helps. Have fun.
P.S.
You can also show a little style by rocking a cool and totally different kind of bookbag. Shop around.

Seems the only thing you can do, would be to get cute socks (I think ankle socks would be weird, so maybe crew socks, would be way cuter). . . Cute shoes, and then just work with your hair and makeup. . . . I hated having a uniform when I was in school but I would hate having to think every day even more because it's so stressful.

I had uniform in my school and... the problem was that anytime you were wearing something bright or just looke too good the teachers told you you must stop wearing this thing because it is disatracting other students. So, I warned you. If all your teachers are old women or most of them you'll have a problem. but you can always wear something in your bag what is easy to remove. Good luck. School is not forever.

That is pretty strict. Not much wiggle room there.
Basically, you're left with nail polish, hairstyles, and hair accessories to express yourself/make yourself stand out. If it's an all-girls school, though, you'll probably be wearing your hair up in a messy bun-like style or in a ponytail most of the time (at least that was my experience).

School is where you concentrate on learning - not on making a fashion statement. Save it for after school and weekends.
Also, just think how easy it is to get ready for school. You never have to think about what you're going to wear!

Cute headbands! Pink or red would be just the right splash of color.
