Too often! I do a manual, log in to every account and delete the spam everyday (do the same with snail mail) - then have handy little pop ups saying you have mail to tell me to check it again. so 3 or 4 times a day is nothing for me now.

Every chance I get. (My Yahoo account that is.)
I have another one that requires me to open up Thunderbird & I try to check that once every day (or every other day).
It's mainly for family & church friends... but I get a lot of spam in it because I used to use that address for everything.
Now I just mainly use my yahoo one.
Regular snail mail, I usually check once a day after Noon...
or after the dogs hear the mailman & barks to let me know...
"You've Got Mail"... that's doing their "job" as per my hubby...
Which by the way, they didn't do today!!! LOL

i have the yahoo toolbar so i can see when i get mail, it comes up beside the little envelope and im online for a few hours everyday so i sign in and stay signed in so i dont have to check it!

Well, none of my friends email because i have online web pages, i talk to them on, aswell as instant messengers..
But, i check my email about every day or every other day if my dad is over-seas. [he works over-seas] so when he's at work, i check every day or every other day..When he's not at work, i don't check as often, although i log on to my yahoo email almost everyday to check for yahoo answers. :)
