You have bulimia. This is something that is very hard to overcome and it plays tricks with your mind. Everybody who has it wants to stop, but most can not do it on their own. Counseling is neccesary most of the time. When you go to counceling, they help you see that you actually have a realtionship with your Eating Disorder, aka: ED. It is the most abusive relationship that you will ever have, because you become a slave to Ed and there are absolutely no benefits for your self esteem or body. ED will literally end up killing you if you do not seek help. Do not feel embarassed to go to counceling. There are a lot of people who struggle with this same thing. I recommend that you read a couple of books about bulima and eating disorders. "Life Without Ed" and "Bulimia, a Guide to Recovery" might be goods ones to start off with. I hope that you will do something wonderful for yourself and get help. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to recover. You deserve it:o)

Well first off, I don't know you well, but I would say you need to pray to your savior and ask him to bless you with a strong mind to get through what you are going through.
Secondly, you need to eat, it's fine if you don't want to eat a lot because you want to be skinny. The best diet for you is fruit. Eat nothing but fruit, every now and then veggies, but mostly fruit, it isn't going to do anything to your body. Now I must warn you that you will gain weight your first couple of weeks because you body was use to not eating or throwing it up, but after a while you will be the size you want to be.
However, you should enjoy meat every once in a while because it's good for you, eggs or chicken breast. Whenever you having those dying cravings and you just can't resist it....EAT, make a vow to yourself before you start eating that you will only it a certain amount, and if you eat more than that amount tell yourself "I AM ONLY HUMAN" But please whatever you do, don't make yourself throw up. You said you feel liek a better person after you throw up...WELL I PROMISE, you will feel like an even better person for putting control over yourself and the way you eat. You may not be able to do it in the very first day but give yourself time.
Bless you on your way to success

I'm not a doctor but it sounds like you are suffering from anorexic nervosa, which actually means you are suffering from bulimia & anorexia. Since you have researched on the internet I do not need to tell you the consequences. The first step you have to make is admitting you have a problem, and it is obvious you know you have a problem. You need to talk to your mom about this so you can get in to talk to a therapist, this is the only way to help you. One of the main problems with these diseases is thinking you are fat, when actually you are not. If you are a religious person, take a moment to say a prayer ask Jesus to take the illness out of your mind & body, I rebuke this illness in the name of Jesus

Well people may answer you just to stop it, but I know it is hard...So you gotta find help with an specialist if you can't stop by yourself...
Also, from my point of view, a girl with a few extra pounds (which I guess you're not if people says you aren't) is so much better than a skeleton...
I hope you find help and can stop with this

go talk to your parents. before you do that, get an article off the internet on bulemia and hand it to them and let them read it. this is serious. if they won't help, go to a trusted counselor at school or church leader. find someone.
best wishes.

you really should talk to a counselor who understands eating disorders. I knew a girl since 1st grade....she developed anorexia and it killed her at age 17. Very tragic. It is so not worth it.

You need to go and talk to someone who can help you. You may have to be admitted to a hospital if it's at a stage where normal counseling can not help you.
Good luck to you sweetie.
