Of course you can. You cannot let your period control your life. Do whatever you would do if you didn't have it. (Just stop if your cramps get worse)

That usually helps make everything work properly. But for many girls, it may cause cramps. It depends on how you react to your period. Jogging and working out during your period may not even effect you just because you're on your period. It's not bad for you, so go ahead and try it. If you get cramps, stop. Cramps get created when muscles in the uterus contract.

Exercise is good during you're period, it helps the flow of the body.
Though it may cause your flow to be heavier so keep a constant check you're not overdoing it.
Also excerising can combat period pains and the exhausted feeling some women get

Definitely. It actually helps to get that physical activity, regulates the muscular contractions (the ones that give you cramps and get stuff moving), plus the endorphin boost perks you up. Long as you're prepared to deal with a little bit heavier flow while you're working out, it'll probably make you feel better too.

You should only do what you are comfortable with, but it has been my experience that exercise like that can actually ease the cramps and discomfort associated with my period. Drinking lots of water and avoiding caffeine also help if you suffer from really bad cramps.

Yes. If you get the normal aches with your menstrual cycle, sometimes exercise helps with the pain.
