If you don't have any back pain then if you like your breasts, then it is good.
If you have back pain, then it is not good.
Try wearing some loose clothing, as well as trying a minimizer bra. Go get professionally sized at Nordstrom Sears or JCPenney (NOT Victoria Secret, they size wrong) and find some ones that make you look smaller than you are.
I feel for you, as I was a DD (actually went up to a J cup till Feb 2006 and got a breast reduction) and also pretty big in school.

I dont think so it plays havoc with our back and shoulders if thay are that big and nautural i would consider reducing them by some for the plain simple fact as we have terrible back and shoulders aches and it is long term .

to be able to have breasts that big you need to have alot of fat on your body not just on your breasts
