Either in MA, RI or ME? Not looking so much for camping sites, though any camping directly on the sand of a beach would do.

But more of legal to have a bonfire, and sleep on the beach all night long without the rangers kicking you out? I know some places at the Cape arae good for it, but I have no clue for sure of where.

We've had bonfires on the beach in Biddeford Pool, ME.

This just does not sound SAFE. I would recommend that you NOT do it. May sound fun , but just isn't wise.
