MnG, I believe you misread the new regulations, but I don't blame you, 'cause I don't understand them, either!
I can't understand whether the University Regent's wording means that one can't go to Alabama Crimson Tide football games and eat fish while dressed in lingerie, or if it means that one can't go to the football games and eat fish while they (the fish) are dressed in lingerie. Those stupid education bureaucrats have done it again, haven't they?
Just when I think we're gonna get over the stereotype of people from the south being stupid by the rest of the country, they go ahead and come up with this silly complication. Oh, well....
Hope it's supposed to mean that a fish can't be wearing revealing women's things before it's consumed, and not the other way around! I know of a truckstop just outside of Tuscaloosa that'll go broke if it can't sell teddies and thongs to truckers on their way to the games.....
They sell almost as much lingerie as that place in Knoxville does for the University of Tennessee players - and we're not talking about the Women Vols! ;-)

I hope you haven't been misinformed.
It's not any of those three activities individually that's the real problem.
But you see, in Alabama, there are these roving gangs of teens crashing high school football games wearing teddies and casting lures into the crowd in an effort to gain the attention of their parents, who are too busy playing baseball in hockey rinks wearing chaps, to notice them.
It's all a big cry for help, really.
