Sorry, we are talking about rubber shoes here people. Ugly colorful rubber shoes. Not reptiles. Who would melt a reptile anyway?

I doubt it could be done, although I believe that a bulk of the consistency of the rubber used in the shoes is simple synthetic rubber, I have no idea, what degree of co-polymerization or vulcanization they have imparted upon it to make in more sturdy and wear resistant. But I guarantee you it will burn and char far before than it will melt.

The meat is actually quite good, no joke. Nothing more useful than food. Handbags are useful, they are often made from croc hide. If you were so inclined you could fashion body armor or a leather jacket, out of it.

Step 1 - Remove Crocs from feet.
Step 2 - Give them to someone who knows more about this than you do.

Depends on the plastic - if thermoplastic it will melt, if thermoset it will just burn when heated enough.
