What "historical record" are you going by? Your own personal opion has become "historical record" now, has it? What an amazing person you must be.

Oh, and to pick FDR, who helped this country out of poverty and through a war... yeah, he's horrible. Just because he was a Democrat, right?

By the way, if you want to go by approval ratings during their last years in office, I'm pretty sure Monkeyboy Bush will go down in the annals of time as being the worst President in history.

Do you ever back up your arguments with anything resembling a fact, or do you just debate in the way a six-year-old does? "Liberals are bad! Liberals are commies! Liberals want all marriages to be gay!"

The sad thing is I've wasted a good ten minutes of my life that I'll never get back arguing with an asshole like you. So liberals are bad. Cry about it. Because in a little over a year they'll be running the country and you can thank your retarded consevative President for making that possible.

Bill Clinton is the worst, not Jimmy Carter. Yes old Jim was very bad, but wait a few years until the disasters Bill created wear into the minds of Americans, so they can better see the effects on our country his presidency had on us. Ya know, history takes time to develop opinions, as the effects start to occur.

This tells greater with regards to the guy doing the pondering than it does approximately Carter. To this present day, the neocons could have had Carter attack Iran to loose the hostages & get revenge. little doubt the hostages could have been killed and the jihad against usa of usa could have began then rather of after the Kuwait invasion. All Carter's fault. between the middle problems interior the middle east is the Israeli/Palestenian conflict. Carter made substantial progression along with his single handedly mediating the Israeli/Egypt peace accord. people who understand the workings of government in intensity understand that the federal Reserve determines financial concerns and inflation. This incorporates costs of activity. The Fed had no heritage as to coping with a gasoline embargo. undergo in techniques the "malaise" speech. examine it now & locate that Carter replaced into warning us approximately our habit to grease. I in simple terms examine the remark approximately Carter inflicting Roe V Wade appropriate court docket decision. Carter did no longer hire any appropriate court docket justices. i replaced into going to indicate the apparent media no longer having self belief in a Southern Governor. The worst president? enable's in simple terms say he inherited peace and a surplus. He left Obama 2 unpaid for wars, an element D medicare plan unpaid for and the biggest deficit ever. to no longer point out 10% unemployment, a jihadist conflict, and broken banking device. you nonetheless think of Carer replaced into the worst? I provide up.

Historical record?

I think Kennedy was the worst.

Was always heavily medicated.

Invaded Cuba, kind of.

Pissed off the Russians.

Damned near incinerated the planet.

Committed the US to the longest war in it's history in Viet Nam and started the peace corp as a place for rich kids to beat the draft.

Turned a blind eye toward civil rights by giving Martin Luther King lip service in the early going. His brother had to bail him out of that one.

Got laid so many times in the Oval office with someone other than his wife he makes Clinton look like a Unich.

Did nothing about the Berlin wall. "I am a Berliner" ?
Yeah, so, now what Jack?

And got himself shot.

Did it all in 1000 days.

For this we named high schools and an airport after him?

Actually, FDR is always in the top three--along with Abraham Lincoln and George Washington. The worst is Harding, but that's because he died before he could do anything in office.
What are you talking about?!

I wondered how he could drive a car now I know a Golf Cart. EEEEWWWW.

Can you provide a link that shows that the historical record reflects Carter as being the worst president ever????

I really would be interested in seeing what kind of link you come up with.

After these 8 years......history will not be kind to Bush. He will be the one to hold the title of "Worst President Ever" in a matter of 10 years after his last day in office.

I agree FDR was very bad very much a tyrant, a liar and a socialist he sold us out at the talks with his Buddy Stalin, not to mention how he deceived us and allowed Japan to attack us when he knew before when and were it would happen

FDR was bad, but I think that Abraham Lincoln was worse. He suspended several basic human rights, such as habeas corpus. He imprisoned congressmen who disagreed with him. He devastated the southern economy (it didn't fully recover for more than 75 years). His election sparked the civil war, and he was an avid opponent of states' rights.
