People aren't ugly. They can be described as not good looking though. Ugly is normally used to describe bad personalities. You can say that a person has an ugly personality. Beauty is of course relative. Look at the Hollywood stars who are not good looking but considered my millions to be beautiful. Take away the 3 tons of make up and you have a not so good looking person.

I have seen this photo before a couple of months ago. I think she was asking if she looked older than 15.
She has a self esteem problem and the only way to stop that is to do things for other people. Once your 'out of yourself image' and dealing with others.. the inner beauty shows through to others and you will never have to deal with the problem again. You just always have to remember there are always people out there that want to take away your dreams.. they only can.. if you let them.

Her issue is not her looks, it's her self-esteem. And you can tell her how beautiful she is all day long and it won't matter..she'll still have a hang-up about it.
Instead, tell her what a wonderful person she is.
I have had friends like that and they are energy-sappers. You constantly have to remind them that they're (good looking, fun to be around, talented or whatever) and it gets to where they're no fun to hang around at all because you always have to build them up. She needs professional help, really.

Oh, she's incredibly datable. no longer gruesome or everywhere close to it. A tad lots eyeliner for my very own style, yet tastes selection. some "7". It sounds crude but ask some of your guys friends to comment on her, saying things that are sexually flattering. Women complain about men saying stuff like this, but honestly, we love the attention and it makes us feel totally sexy. It'll give her a huge confidence boost.
