If you travel from the UK, try EasyJet, I prefer them over the others.
Mostly good prices too.

Otherwise just enter ticket air travel Amsterdam and you nearest airport in google, and see what comes up.
As I can not see where you are from I can not help you further.

The ones I use are moslty Eva Air, Lufthansa, China, China Airlines, and KLM Dutch Airlines.

Here is some information on all of them:

EVA Air is a Taiwanese airline based at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport near Taipei, Taiwan, operating passenger and dedicated cargo services to international destinations in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and North America. An affiliate of shipping conglomerate Evergreen Group, EVA Air is the largest privately owned Taiwanese airline. Its headquarters are located in Taoyuan, Taiwan.

Since its founding in 1989, EVA Air has expanded to include air cargo, airline catering, ground handling, aviation engineering, and tour package services. Its cargo arm, EVA Air Cargo, links with the Evergreen worldwide shipping network on sea and land. Its domestic and regional subsidiary, UNI Airways, operates an extensive intra-Taiwanese shorthaul network. Its main international rival is China Airlines.

EVA Air is recognized as a pioneer of the premium economy class, which it debuted in 1991. EVA was also the first Taiwanese airline to be accredited by the IATA with the IOSA (IATA Operations Safety Audit) for its safety practices. The official pronunciation of the airline's name is E-V-A Air(ways). The airline's slogan is "Just relax, your home in the air."

Deutsche Lufthansa is the largest airline in Europe. The name of the company is derived from Luft (the German word for "air"), and Hansa (after Hanseatic League, the powerful medieval trading group), it can also be translated as "Air Company".

The airline is the German flag carrier and sixth largest airline in the world, operating services to nearly 200 destinations in around 100 countries world wide. Together with its partners Lufthansa services over 410 destinations around the world.

Lufthansa is based in Cologne. Its main base and primary traffic hub is at Frankfurt International Airport in Frankfurt am Main with a second hub at Munich International Airport.

Lufthansa is a founding member of Star Alliance, the largest airline alliance in the world. Star Alliance was formed in 1997 and now has 17 member airlines and 3 regional members. The Lufthansa Group operates more than 400 aircraft and employs nearly 100,000 people worldwide. In 2006, 53.4 million passengers flew with Lufthansa.

China Airlines is the flag carrier of the Republic of China on Taiwan. The airline is not a state-owned corporation nominally, but belongs to China Aviation Development Foundation . However, the foundation belongs to the government of the Republic of China. The chairman does not have to report to the Legislative Yuan, unlike other state-owned companies in Taiwan.

The airline, based at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport and with headquarters in Taipei, currently flies to many destinations in Asia, Europe, North America and the South Pacific. Because of political obstacles over the establishment of the Three Links, it does not have regularly scheduled flights into mainland China; passengers to mainland China must go through a third port. The most popular third port is Hong Kong, followed by Macau while passengers may also fly to Japan or Korea before transfering to a China-bound flight. China Airlines also accredited by the IATA with the IOSA (IATA Operations Safety Audit) for its safety practices.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (in full: Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij, literally Royal Aviation Company; usual English: Royal Dutch Airlines) is an airline subsidiary of Air France-KLM based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It operates domestic and worldwide scheduled passenger and cargo services to over 90 destinations. Its main base is Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

Prior to its merger with Air France, KLM was the national airline of the Netherlands. KLM is the oldest airline in the world still operating under its original name. It has 30,118 employees (at March 2007).

Air France merged with KLM in May 2004, resulting in the creation of Air France-KLM. Air France-KLM is incorporated under French law and its headquarters are located at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport near Paris. Air France-KLM is the largest airline company in the world in terms of operating revenues, and the third largest in the world (largest in Europe) in terms of revenue-passenger-kilometres (RPKs). Both Air France and KLM continue to fly under their distinct brand names.

Air France-KLM is part of the SkyTeam Alliance with Delta Air Lines, Aeroméxico, Korean Air, Czech Airlines, Alitalia, Northwest Airlines, Aeroflot and Continental Airlines.
