Don't worry about it!! Everyone had to start selling with a fairly low feedback rating. Its amazing how fast it grows!

People don't bid because of your score the bid on you feedback score like 100% and they also bid on what the item is and how good the price is!
Ok for is example I have 12 feedbacks right and my feedback score is 100%

It relies upon on what stuff that's. no remember if that's something uncommon or costly, and you promote it properly (with gallery photos and extra photos and extra descriptions - word: all of this value extra money) - that's often not that complicated. The consumer interface is friendly, each and every thing is uncomplicated to comprehend besides. yet once you choose just to get rid of issues which you do not want anymore and that they don't value lots - you will spend extra money on the fees - the fees grow to be very costly, they cost basically for something, and then Paypal will cost you besides. For small & low priced issues that's not well worth it. Use classifieds on your community newspaper, storage sales or classifieds online

while people do pay attention to your rating as long as you don`t have a lot of negative feedback it won`t matter give it a try if it does not sell there services that will sell it for you on ebay for a fee of course i have over a 200 rating and the only ones i`m leery of are people with zero ratings or a high percentage of negative feedbacks

Selling on eBay can involve numerous risks and hassles that you may not think of right away. Check out the resource below for the top 10 reasons not to sell on eBay by yourself. There are also horror stories of experiences gone wrong. Just be careful and prepared to lose 100% of the items you sell (even though it may not happen, be prepared).

20s is an OK score as long as all are positive. You can also offer a 7-day return policy which also helps.

YES! If you have a low rating I certainly would not buy from you. This rating lets people know how you are as a seller and as a buyer. I do not buy from anyone with less than a 99% rating.
