For those who did answer and still would support a sick person posting children's photos for the 'entertainment' of Pedophiles. . . . . .. .. . Consider This ---- What would you do if one of those pedophiles molested and then killed YOUR child ? <<<<<<< That's the question I want you to answer . Then I would like to comment further in about 30 minutes. . . so do check back after answering . I'm really interested in your answers to this one .

I'm confusing nothing . I just asked what you would do . Simple. . . or maybe it's not .

Perhaps some of you don't know , but check with your local law enforcement on this . Pedophiles often start with photos and fantasies and then move on to actually taking action . Therefore this guy is providing the fuel and the match .
Why doesn't everyone know this stuff ? I strongly encourage everyone to learn about how this happens . Whether you have children or not , you do need to be aware .

Sometimes even when its legal doesnt mean its right. And just because you can doesnt mean you should.

You would hope regarding your first question that someone would inform whoever is hosting this such a persons pics or whoever his ISP is and they would drop him.

I think when it comes to kids that we need a different set of rules as far as freedoms.

I dont have kids but I am sure in that situation I would put an end to that persons abuse by putting and end to that person period.

I believe we need to revise the 2nd amendment to read: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. AND ALSO THE RIGHT TO SHOOT PEDOPHILES IN THE FOREHEAD"

I don't believe the original document could possibly protect this type of speech. I believe the constitution has to be a living document. The drafters could not have possibly foreseen all the abuses possible for the document and therefore we can't necessarily hold the original intent sacrosanct. We already restrict some speech as "hate" speech this is far worse and should be actionable, it is not the words that we should be concerned with but the intent of this website, intent is not protected.

I should have answered your first question as I don't support this monsters rights, but I did want to say, if the park where my kid plays was on this waste-of-air's website I would hunt him down and take care of this personally. Long before he had the opportunity to touch my child

Earnest, believe me, I know about this subject. I had several uncles who....well. Anyway, anyone who would support pedophiles in any way deserves the punishment in hell that they will get. I would kill them in cold blood without a second thought. In fact, right it down to use at my trial. I have no problem going to prison for the rest of my life, the pedophile will never get the chance to harm another child should he harm mine and that you can take to the bank.

you're talking two different things, one illegal the other legal. If you don't like the law, change it, the constitution is so great because it can be changed, the other thing you're talking about is illegal which really doesn't compare to you're part one question. Posting Pics is immoral but it's a far cry from molesting and killing a child. You're trying to say one is wrong so the other must be just as wrong, and that is not the case. Start a petition to make the part one thing illegal, I'll sign it. As to what I would do if it were my child, I don't know but I would let justice do it's thing first, and if I know for sure who did it justice would most likely prevail.

Got the question in part 1, but part 2 is a completely different topic. You're taking one situation about the constitution, and going to another situation that is entirely different. The constitution does not permit murder and molestation. It does permit freedom of journalism, speech, religion, and protesting.
