That depends on the day, sometimes I'm having an extremely bad day and I have to get one, ASAP.
Sometimes I can go most of a day, then I buy some and it's all over. Terrible addiction, yes, we all should quit......Tomorrow!

I smoked for 35 years and in October 2005, I just threw them away, cold turkey. The 1st week was the hardest, but it gets better. One day at a time. When you get the strong urge, do something or think of something else, because in just a minute or so that urge will pass, so be strong and dont give in to it. Trust, that it will pass. I really does. I get an urge every so often, but I've vowed never to smoke again, and I have kept that vow intact. Good Luck to you.

What time is it?
Quit many years, replace with something else, if you are married or have a boyfriend wear him out in the bedroom, I switched to food, gained twenty five pounds, but then worked it off after the cravings went away, actually it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be, hang in there, I am rooting for you, you can do it...be strong.

3 days is my max. After that I will beg, borrow, steal or kill my own mother for a cig. If you're trying to quit I have found the patch works better than the alternatives.
