I think the limit should be 18. The reason is, we have soldiers under the age of 21 fighting the war on terror. So if they can put their lives on the line for our country why can they not gamble & drink? The solution is that young people should not be able to join the military until they are 21 and make it even all the way around instead of having a double standard!

21 is 21 here. you would be married to the king of a rustic yet once you're below 21 ... no gamble .. no drink. If he buys you beverages and you get caught ... he can bypass to penitentiary. Married or single the regulations observe around the board.

as for the question, I don't see anything wrong with being under 21...maybe your question is phrased wrong? because you mention drinking and gambling and I'm not sure what you mean "what's wrong".

drink moderately whatever your age is
