Tim Hudson is 32 and has 131 wins.
If he averages 17 wins for the next 10 years (a difficult feat - but possible) he'll end up with 300.

Roy Oswalt has been in the league for 7 years. He has 109 wins, and is 30 years old. If he stays on the same pace he can have 200+ wins in the next 14 years.
Glavine only had 95 wins in his first 7 years so Oswalt could definatly have the possibility.
I think the key is being on a good team, i.e. the Braves in the 90's, and being healthy. Tom Glavine has NEVER been on the DL.
I would say Oswalt is the next 300 game winner IF he stays healthy

I just don't see it happening for a long time to come.
Randy Johnson is the only player close, with 284 wins currently, but he is out for the rest of this season with the back injury. If he chooses to come back, which is in a lot of doubt, he would more than likely need to play two more seasons to reach 300 wins.
As for the young guys their are a few but it would take a lot and they'd have to stay healthy.
Santana (28): average 18 wins over next 12 years
Beckett (27): average 18 wins over next 13 years
Peavy (26): average 17 wins over next 14 years
Zambrano (26): average 16 wins over next 14 years
Sabathia (27): average 16 wins over next 13 years
To me, those are probably the most likely candidates, but remember there are only a couple of players to win more than 15 games per season for that many years. There is just too much to get in the way of players winning games, i.e. the pitch count. Not to mention it has become much harder for players to stay off the DL.

It could be a while. I dont think it's very likely Randy Johnson will reach 300. He is still 16 wins shy and unless he can all the sudden pitch like he's 30 again he doesnt have a chance of getting 16 wins.

it would be randy johnson but i dont think he will pitch again, he is only 16 away. if johan santana was on a team that scored more runs i think he would have a chance, he could win 20 games a year for the next 12 years, hes at 89 right now but that should be higher, he loses alot of games 2-1 and low scores like that.

There is no one on the active career leader list that looks promising until you get down to Kevin Millwood (32 years old, 130 wins) and Tim Hudson (31 years old and 131 wins). And they don't seem like very good bets. It's kind of hard seeing either of them average 17 wins per year for another decade.
Possibly some guys who could do it who are down lower, but damn, it's hard to predict someone will win another 200 games.
So, since we have to bet long, I'll go with Johann Santana. 89 Wins at age 28. A long shot.
One bet I would make - no one will hit 300 wins before the year 2020.
