Come to Spain to buy your shoes. The Spanish women have small feet and I only take a size three UK and there are lots of lovely shoes that are too small for me, so you should be ok.

I take a 3 in a shoe & usually dont have much bother.
John Lewis & Fenwicks have a good selection of shoes & shoefayre have too although they are the cheaper range
I dont know of any shops that specialise in smaller sizes but perhaps do a search through google for a list. dont know if you are uk or not
good luck with your search

I sympathise with you, I'm a size 2. I've searched all over for nice adult style shoes, and have failed to find any other than expensive (£60 a pair, imports) or kids shoes.
It is dis-heartening and you feel like nobody wants you to have shoes, or want you to wear shoes with Barbie on them.
I'm sorry i couldn't give you anything but sympathy. :-(

What size feet are you??
I'm a 3 and I have no problem. Go to stores like faith, barrets, dune. I thought more high street stores supplied for small feet?! If your smaller than a 3, sorry i don't know.

I can't think of anything other than to have them specially made or stuff tissue into the shoe.
