I don't have a website link for you, put I have a pointer, pull your eyelid tight and without opening your eyes, raise your eyebrows, it helps you get closer to the lash line with out smudging or looking thick, also make sure your liner pencil is fairly sharp and not too soft.

i dont have any websites but i can help! put it on and take a q-tip or something and wipe it so there is only a thin line, or just dont use eye liner, i dont. just mascara, and it looks like i have it on cuz i use a lot of it on my bottum lashes.
