Never has happened that I know of, but from the Christian based religions and catholic practitioners - TONS! And they call the pagans satanic and crazy.

I'm pretty sure that if a Wiccan happened to be tried for a child crime that the news would just say 'witchcraft' or 'Satanism,' rather than 'Wicca.' Reporters go for sensationalism, not information, so someone would see a pentacle or some symbols they aren't familiar with and file it under 'cult activity.'
I'm not saying that I confuse Wicca with Satanism, but I'm not an initiate of either, so if I stumbled into a practitioner's room, I wouldn't know the difference, unless there was a 'Goddess loves you' or 'Blessed Be' sticker laying about. Wait... Wicca has the Horned King, as opposed to a Mother Goddess, right? Heck, see what I don't know? That's the uninformed public for you.
I have heard of witchcraft cases involving children, but I live in Florida, so there is a witch and a child molester on every other block. It is only statistical probability that the two should, at some point, converge. I'm not saying that I think Wiccans or Neo-Pagans are prone. From the people I have met, I would actually assume the opposite. Most are really nice, and very 'good' people. I'm just saying that the large numbers of pagans and child molesters in my area means there simply must be a few bad apples that fit both criteria.
I can't sight the news cast. Who relies on the TV news, anyway? I can't stand the sensationalism!

ok, not a child murder, or child abuse, but i remember seeing one about 3 members of a coven standing trial for a "ritualistic sacrifice"... here in england, uk. it was insane!!! just because they were wiccans and they were all in the same coven a "top british psychologist" decided that they were mentally unstable and it was a ritualistic killing, when in actual fact they were recieving death threats from this guy because they were wiccan and he broke in. so acting on pure self defense they killed the bastard and they go to jail for murder and have to have a psychological evaluation. the strange thing is though that the newspapers didn't make a big thing out of it and there was only a tiny article about it. probably just as well because i'm wiccan and i would probably get looks off some people who know i am.

Never happened recently to my knowledge, outside of Eastern Africa. Even then, it was on the advice of a "witch", not actually performed by the "witch".
If child murder and ritual sacrifice were indeed capable of conveying power, money or supernatural abilities, we wouldn't need orphanages, and we would have even greater threats to our children. However, as Gilles de Rais discovered, that's not the case.

Does this question stem from the 3 year old that died during a botched exorsism? Wiccans are generally peace loving, kind people who only want to live their views without fear of persecution. I know that is how I and my circle are at least.

I've never heard of that happening. Most child abuse or murder related to religion is generally done by religious fanatics or cult members, from what I've heard.

I have never seen this reported in my life.
Although I have several times seen abuse or murder by religious fanatic or cult member parents, these are ones who make me truly nervous.
