To have children that you love and have grandchildren when you get older. It would get lonely after a long period of time without having kids. They are a joy and a very special part of life.

So in 100 years, the kids would be old people suffering from the world crisis.
I don't want kids because of that!

To continue the existence of humans on earth. That would be my first guess. Children are a wonderful thing, you must be too young to know any better, common sense would give you that one.
Because sexual intercourse, feels good. If it felt like a hammer up side the head, no one would be doing it.

Somebody has to wipe my tush when I'm old and feeble!
Better my kids than some stranger who will treat it as a duty and not as a burden.

It's the greatest purpose of all...to create life, and mold it, hopefully, well, to continue contributing society.
It's an innate desire in all of us, really. Why do you think people can't help but have sex all the freakin time?

Love, you see when you look at a women you look at the perfection of her body and you just say to yourself shes the type that you want to get married and keep having sex with over and over again. And then bam the babies come.

I don't get the whole thing myself. Why not just be married?...have fun?..etc. Why complicate matters with children, especially knowing that most likely your relationship is going to end in divorce, separation, etc. (according to statistics)...I have NO desire to have kids...I like spending all my time and money on me.

In order to have someone that needs and loves me as much as I need and love them.
If that fails, at least I have someone that will fetch me the newspaper.
