I never hear of white people being attacked in this country based on their race. Why is that? I'm an Australian Aborigine BTW.

I think that anyone can be racists. I believe that most people (no matter the color) are racist to some degree. I think that they're are fewer violent racists than there are racists who are not violent.

There are racists in every race and all races can be victims of racism too. It just depends on the country/area what is most common and what the media covers.

Yes it is possible for other races and blacks to be racist. A lot of black will say they can't be racist because they are not the "majority" or do not possess the economic/political power whites have.

Any race can be racist. The media just doesn't like to publicize it, for fear of being considered racist.

Of course they can! And often they are racist against their own kind. It is a peculiarity of the human race.

Yes, anybody (regardless of skin color, race, culture, whatever) can be racist.
