first off baby oil isnt gonna do anything..... i wouldnt suggest that you pry them off cause that will hurt and cause damage to your natural nail.... if you refuse to back to a salon to have them soaked off then you are in for a long process.... you need to get pure acetone and pour it in a glass bowl(do not heat up anything--cause you will blow up the microwave)clip the tip off and soak for at least 10 mins and then using an orange wood stick gently scrape the acrylic off and then soak again...continue doing this until all the acrylic has been removed....

1) Lay down thick towels to protect surface from acetone.
2) Soak cotton pads or gauze in acetone & place over nail beds. Protect skin w/ petroleum jelly.
3) Cover w/ towel & allow to sit for 5-10 minutes.
4) Remove towel & remove softened acrylic by scraping lightly & filing. Avoid chipping or prying it off. Repeat as needed.
5) Be sure to do this in a well ventilated area. Allow the acetone to evaporate before disposing of the cotton pads.
Best thing to do is to go to a salon & have them removed.

heat baby oil up in a bowl in the micro wave for 45 sec or till warm . soak your finger nails in there . it will loosen up the acrylic . then use a cuticle stick to prey off the nail it should not hurt if you soaked them long enough in the baby oil. you might have to re heat the baby oil a few times . when you get them off use a 4 way buffer it works well.

I soak them in nail polish remover and take them off with a nail file...it's thin enough to slide between the acrilyc nail and the real nail and then pop off...
goodluck!!!

I use tweezers or scissors or some really thin but hard metal. I don't peel it off, just simply use it sort of like a spatula &pry the nails off from underneath (spatula, crowbar, its all the same x.o).

EVERYONE SAYS SOAK YOUR NAILS IN NAIL POLISH REMOVER, BUT U SHOUT REALLY SOAK THEM IN PURE ACETONE. ITS THE ACETONE IN THE REMOVER THAT TAKES THE ACRYLIC OFF.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND THIS AT YOUR LOCAL BEAUTY SUPPLY!
HOPE I HELPED!1
