There is Dizzay.com but it is very vulgar and with some nasty avatars. Even though you are an adult Dizzay teen is much more suitable and has some very nice young individuals and even some adults. They don't have many members there tho, so questions arent asked very often.
Here, no one is deleted or reported. (I don't go there anymore tho)

The 'administrators' don't delete anything. Questions and answers are reported by users. They are deleted by a computer program. Yahoo staff never see them until you post an unfair violation in the forums.
There are many answers type sites including Askville, Dizzay, QnA and others.

Well, there is this one called Answer Bucket, but I have never been to it, so I don't know what the poeple are like. The violations are all Judas Rabbi and his whores' faults!!!
