I read an article on AOL Sports that NFL Europa has been terminated. First of all, is this true? Secondly, do you think this decision was justified/unjust and why? Also, if you can give me your thoughts about NFL Europa. If you want to read the article, click here:

Yes its dead, and its sad too. Great players came from that system. Kurt Warner started there, and look what happened, he was a backup then Trent Green gets injured and he becomes MVP of the league ( 41 td's, 13 ints, not bad for an undrafted backup), then you also got Brad Johnson, a Superbowl winning quarterback ( he did have a good Defense though), then last you got Jake Delhomme, who took the Panthers to the Superbowl his first year there.

Note: Kurt Warner was a 2 time MVP, and he may be washed up now, but he had a diffuclt road to go through. He went from canada to Europe to MVP

well first off yes, NFL Europe is dead. I think it was justified because not many people we're going to the games and it was becoming a waste of money for the NFL. I also was never a fan of Europa because it was all no name players who couldnt make a roster.
However there is a new league starting up for undrafted players and a few veteran players. Each state will have a team. Here in Florida, the team will be playing in the UF stadium. Notable players on the team are Shane Matthews and Martin Gramatica.

Yes it is DEAD. It sounds like the NFL is going to use the Arena League to draw players from along with college teams. I think that it's a good thing to keep the money in the UNITED STATES.

Yes, NFL Europe has been disbanded. It didn't make any money. I don't think its needed either. NFL careers are too short to use it as a minor league system.
