I think it depends on the woman and the man, individually and what the job is.
A five foot two, 42 kg woman can not do labourous jobs done by a 6 ft 3 100 kg man.
A 5 ft 11 60 kg built up muscular woman maybe can do the same job.
You get what I am saying.

During the course of my work as a gardener I've seen very few women involved in the job. I've worked with one who while qualified to use a chainsaw actually presented a massive danger to herself and those around her every time she started one up.
Also I've worked with one young woman who could handle a petrol strimmer as well as any bloke, myself included and I knew a female grave digger.
Outside of personal experience I would think some women could do all jobs men can do, but not all women. Though there may have been some, I never heard of women coal miners - not to say some women could not do that job, but I'm willing to bet there wouldn't be many volunteers.

This is a boring question trying to prove that a woman is superior to men. They are in some ways and not in others but in any case the truth is that they are not opposites or a different species but complementary. Each individual has it's own strenghts and weaknesses sometimes gendr related but more often not

To nullify noruleschris, women have something much more valuable than sperm - we have eggs. Sperm donors get paid maybe, $50.00 per donation, however, women donating eggs can get up to $5,000.00 per egg, and even more depending on their genes and SAT scores.
While women can't do absolutely everything a man can do, we have our own equivalence of their job that is basically, if not directly, the same.
Ex. Egg and sperm donors - same concept, different parts.

I think due to the way that their brains work there are some jobs more suited to woman than men and vice versa but that doesn't mean they couldn't do them they just wouldn't be very efficient.
(I didn't realise being a sperm donor was a vocation these days)

I don't know that I consider donating sperm a job. I would think that other than that, some women could do jobs that men can do. I don't think that every person can do every job.

Of course. Some frail little men can't do a fraction of the work a solid, well-built woman can do.
