Can we send free sms to Netherlands mobile thru internet from out side of Netherlands?

My best friend now lives in Netherlands & I in India, so , is thr any website which offers free sms to Netherlands that too from outside of Netherlands.

Find a site that allows you to send free sms messages. There are many, although for some you can only a few before you have to pay.

Once you have such a site it does not matter where you send too, each telephone number should work.
My brother used it to send sms to me when I was using a New Zealand telephone contract, from the Netherlands.
I did never use it myself.

Otherwise you should try to get such a site in the Netherlands, but again I would not know which address.
