They can't. It is like being in a body cast. They just train and train in the suits in simulations all the time and get used to ignoring the itches. One astronaut once commented that one problem in space walks is that if you get an itch you can't scratch it until 5 hours later (when they come back in and take the suit off).

Maybe they are keeping a very advanced secret from us (how to scratch your back without moving a muscle) or maybe they don't get itches.

NASA has to upload it from the ground. It takes quite a while.

nano`s in the suit, cha..that way you don`t have to scratch..LOL!

i doubt they can feel itchy or whatever...even they dun pee when they r out in space !
