Wow....you and I are the same here. This past 6 months, I have slowly cut myself off from my so-called friends. When I give you keys to my apartment in case of an emergency and I need your help, don't blow me off because you have a dinner date!...After 7 years, of this kinda crap, I had to cut my best friend loose. I'm realizing, people's attitudes and personalities, and situations change...just like you might not be compatible with a boyfriend/girlfriend anymore, it happens to friendships to. The key is to recognize the red flags, and take action.

oh living dead girl 2nd edition is right- some girls can be ruthless and jealous, haters. guys are actually much better and are usually more understanding they arent so quick to judge. thats y i have more guy friends than friend that are girls. im a girl by the way.

I'm sorry did I write this question and forget? I'm 29 and I feel exactly the same way 95% of my friends are evil and backstabbing and LOVE to talk about anyone and everyone they can at any chance they get. I just found out they have bets on how long my marriage will last too bad they lost the one about us breaking up, been together 6 years assholes! time to start hanging by yourself, with your man or get some new friends cause they never grow out of it.

If they judge you like that, I think you should ask yourself why exactly you hang out with them. If you can't come up with a good answer, or if there are more bad things about them than good things, than you should probably get some new friends. It will be hard, but it will be worth it if your new friends are nicer than your old ones. Talk to people who are in your classes at school and be friendly to everyone. I hope everything works out okay.

i feel almost exactly the same
some friends respect others don't
but they all judge me...as a horrible person
i don't really fit in...at all
i go to a private prep school, nobody understands me
the teachers think i'm crazy, the students think i'm like a monster or something because theyre like afraid of me
i am tired of being stereotyped as emo
whenever i have a problem, i run to myself, i dont have that caring mother or loving siblings tat the perfect all-american family has, i just go to myself. i have no one else to go to.
i feel like i dont just hate my friends but i hate my entire school, and everyone around me

No not all of them......granted there are a few that give me problems, but all in all they are a great group of people who are even there in the time of need. You can't get any better then that!

it sounds to me like you could use a real friend that doesn't judge you. i mean yea i get mad and feel like i hate the whole world but my friends are what make it better. i say you need to prove to her that shes not any better than you!!

Sometimes......my old friend was a dick. He would peg and torture only ME, and whenever I did something back or complain, he would say "Relax, I'm just joking" or to stop being such a "******".
Funny thing is, he didn't do anything to any of his other friends.

actually,no,because i don't really have any and that's why. i have like two "girlfriends" - and all the rest of my friends are guys, plus - i like to be alone alot. i have found that girls are jealous, hateful, spiteful - and always flirt with your bf. not to sound so negative, but that's been my experience. i have always liked to hang out with guys better because they are easy going, and not so judgmental. and BTW,anyone who treats you like that,is no friend.
