When you get into the hallway do you look at people and rudely judge them? They won't judge you either. They might think something briefly, but no one really cares. Also - this is kind of in the wrong section...

this could be normal or this could be a sign of a more serious nature, that could be treated by a therapist. It all depends on the severity of what you are descibing.

I am similar to you in what you described, but, it not to the point where it's debilitating or causes me to withdraw from the world. Altho, I admit over the years, I have kinda withdrawn a bit....lol

If you feel this is debilitating and causing you to withdraw from the world, it might be worth seeking out a counsellor or therapist of some sort.

You may be leaning towards a number of anxiety syndromes. It might become necessary in the near future to see a therapist to help you conquer your nervousness.

If it is overly debilitating I suggest seeing a therapist. When you find someone who loves you it will do a lot to help. I used to suffer from self esteem issues. My boyfriend has helped me immensely. Knowing he loves me and is there has given me an amazing amount of confidence.
