Vomiting is the body's way of quickly getting rid of something that's causing it a problem. Throwing up empties your stomach and makes you "feel sick" so you don't feel like eating. So don't eat or drink and you will stop vomiting.

Getting the digestive system working right again takes care. Some people swear by the BRAT diet, which is a bland, low-fiber group of foods that are easy to digest. BRAT is the mnemonic acronym for Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast.

When I was a kid, I got Saltines and 7-up until I could keep them down.

i hope it's just from a hangover

gingerale... ginger helps relieve nausea and dizziness. i have supplements on hand, because i used to get vertigo and within 30 minutes i'd be ok.

have ur friend take sips of gatorade to replinish the electrolytes being lost. water won't do it.

best wishes

If it's not stopping, he's in serious danger of becoming dehydrated, and if THAT happens, kidney failure can quickly follow, especially if there's also diarrhea.
He needs to see the doctor, quickly.

Vomiting shouldn't be ignored if it is that bad! You need to find out why this is happening before trying any household remedies
