The Patriot Act is definitely in the Communism area. Socialized medicine is more Socialism. Hence why we call it "socialized".

If you're talking about the goods of communism, or at least the intended good of true communism, socialized medicine is more communistic.
If you're talking about communism, as that awful ill of Germany and Russia, then the patriot act is more communistic.
(I love this question! It took a lot of creative thought to make this sort of connection!)

Subsidized medicine saves money for the same results--BIG MONEY. Americans pay more than twice as much for health with poorer outcomes. Why--institutions gobble up huge chunks of cash on useless paperwork along with obscene profits and try to wiggle out of providing lifesaving services. The Commies wasted huge amounts on inefficient services. Why does the US health care system look like a Commie plot?

Socialize medicine. The PATRIOT Act has nothing to do with government taking ownership or control of the means of production. It simply adds some detail to reporting requirements already in place for large transactions.

Neither.
The Patriot Act deals with how data is used by the govt.
Socialized medicine concerns how taxes are spent.
Communism forbid private ownership of property.
Neither of the other two control property ownership.

They both qualify. This just illustrates that both parties are controlled by the same megalomaniacs criminals.
Vote for Ron Paul. Maybe he can take back the Republican Party from the Neo Cons who are creating a police state at home, and perpetual war around the globe.
