That sounds like good cookout weather to me... burgers and hot dogs on the grill, with steak fries on the side and some watermelon for dessert.

A grilled chicken salad always hits the spot.....nothing too heavy though. It's just miserable hot here this week.

One eaten in the comfort of air conditioning.

Actually I like cold cuts,crudités and dip and different salads.
Too something very spicy like a curry or even chili can be nice.

A good Indian lamb curry with lemon pickle, or a good Jamaican goat curry. nimbupani (iced lemon water) with lots of plain yogurt and Indian or Jamaican bread.

Or liquid bread (beer!)
